Production Equipment
Yingda Electronics is equipped with a complete set of production facilities including 25 riveting machines, 15 automatic assembly machines, 3 flow inspection lines, 10 injection molding machines, 8 high-speed stamping machines, and 4 steel plate punching presses, with a daily production capacity of 200,000 units. We also operate a professional quality laboratory equipped with precision testing instruments such as life testing machines, load curve & temperature rise testers, insertion & withdrawal force testers, salt spray testing machines, and vision measuring instruments. This enables fully in-house production from mold development to finished product inspection, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
