DIP DC 5.5×2.0mm-DC-162

The DIP DC 5.5×2.0mm-DC-162 is a through-hole DC power jack with a 5.5mm outer barrel and a 2.0mm center pin, providing a standard-size DC input for networking and consumer electronics. Rated at DC 30V / 3A, this 3-pin connector uses phosphor bronze terminals and an H65 brass body, with silver or gold plating on the solder pins for low contact resistance and reliable solder joints. The DIP format is compatible with wave soldering, allowing the jack to be integrated into automated PCBA lines together with the rest of the board.

We evaluate 2D/3D drawings or reference samples, confirm feasibility before quotation, and support OEM/ODM projects including logo marking and custom packaging.

Products are packed in inner bags and cartons for export, with optional blister trays, labels and outer carton markings per customer requirement. EXW and FOB trade terms are supported. Standard orders: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
