The DIP DC 5.5×2.5mm-DC-163 is a DIP DC power jack with a 5.5mm outer barrel and a 2.5mm center pin, designed for products that use the larger 5.5 x 2.5mm adapter standard. This 3-pin through-hole connector is rated at DC 30V / 3A and manufactured with phosphor bronze terminals and an H65 brass body. Silver or gold plating on the solder pins supports clean solder joints and stable electrical contact. The DIP construction suits wave soldering and provides a mechanically strong connection for boards that handle repeated cable insertions.
