The training covered the core principles of ISO 9000 quality management, job responsibility standards, and full-process operational procedures. Participants engaged in discussions and exchanges centered on key aspects such as incoming material inspection, process control, finished product testing, issue reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement, all tied to the company's actual production operations involving high-current DC power jacks, waterproof DC sockets, SMT patch connectors, and other electronic components. Everyone listened attentively, took notes, and actively participated in on-site discussions.
