DIP DC Jacks-DC-166

The DIP DC Jacks-DC-166 is a configurable DIP DC power jack produced around the customer's specification rather than a fixed size. The barrel opening can be selected across common DC sizes, the pin count can be 3 or 5, and pin height and pin diameter can be adjusted to suit a specific PCB. Standard versions carry a regular 3A rating, with higher-current variants available. The body is built from phosphor bronze terminals and H65 brass with silver or gold plating options, so the part can be tailored to the enclosure and board of the target product.

Because the DC-166 is made to specification, the manufacturing risk sits in the gap between drawing and finished part. Our 3-person R&D and engineering team reviews 2D/3D drawings or prototypes, checks material and mold feasibility, and confirms the production process and lead time before quoting. Custom sample development is completed within about 30 days, which lets the buyer verify the actual part before mass production and removes most of the guesswork from a custom jack project.

Application 1: Custom power input in network hardware

OEM network products often need a jack that fits an unusual board height or opening. The DC-166's adjustable pin height and diameter let the inlet match the housing without redesigning the enclosure.

Application 2: Industrial control boards

Control boards may use non-standard barrel sizes or extra switch pins. The configurable pin count covers these layouts while keeping a single qualified supplier.

Application 3: OEM devices with proprietary adapters

Proprietary power connectors are common in branded equipment. The DC-166 can be built to the proprietary barrel size and pin arrangement, with drawing-based development supporting the transition from concept to production.

Custom orders are packed in inner bags and cartons for export, with optional blister trays, labels and outer carton markings. EXW and FOB terms are supported; custom orders use 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
