DIP DC 5.5×2.5mm-DC-165

The DIP DC 5.5×2.5mm-DC-165 is a DIP DC power jack with a 5.5mm outer barrel and a 2.5mm center pin, built for products that take the standard 5.5 x 2.5mm DC plug. The 3-pin connector is rated at DC 30V / 3A and uses phosphor bronze terminals with an H65 brass body. Solder pins are finished in silver or gold to keep contact resistance low and protect against oxidation. The through-hole DIP format provides a strong mechanical connection and supports wave soldering in automated assembly.

This model is commonly supplied under the buyer's brand, so the factory focus is OEM/ODM execution. We can apply logo marking, adjust structure and packaging to the customer's specification, and confirm the details against a reference sample before production starts. Because the same sample-based reference is used for both quotation and delivery, the mass-produced part stays aligned with what the buyer approved.
