DIP Headphone Jack PJ-3006-4P

The DIP Headphone Jack PJ-3006-4P is a 4-pin DIP headphone jack for 3.5mm audio connections, rated at AC 12V / 0.5A. It is manufactured from phosphor bronze with silver or gold plating on the solder pins. The 4-pin configuration provides the stereo channels, ground and an additional contact, giving device designers flexibility for audio routing or sensing. The through-hole DIP package delivers a stable solder connection and is compatible with wave soldering.

Because the extra contact can be configured in different ways, prototype confirmation is the key step for this model. Our engineering team supports sample-based development, so the customer can check the actual contact behavior and board fit before volume production. The standard sample loop - evaluate, sample, confirm, mass-produce - keeps the delivered jack aligned with the prototype the buyer approved.

The contact configuration, plating finish and packaging can be customized. We develop the part from drawings or samples and confirm the design before mass production.

Products are packed in inner bags and cartons for export, with optional blister trays, labels and outer carton markings. EXW and FOB terms are supported; custom orders use 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
